Leverage Your Talent as a Developer and Mentor to Make Your Mark on Multiple Systems Supporting a Growing Organization

Join a company with an outstanding culture and a strong commitment to supporting local communities.

If you're a proven developer who combines a well-rounded skillset, including senior-level backend skills, with the drive to continue learning and the disposition to effectively mentor other developers, the role of Senior Web Developer with Dutch Bros Coffee offers some compelling opportunities: Our preference is that you work from our Grants Pass headquarters, but flexibility will be given to telecommute 2-3 days per week. A fully remote option is available to the right candidate, with quarterly travel to Grants Pass.

Dutch Bros Coffee was founded in 1992 by Dane and Travis Boersma: brothers of Dutch Descent. After three generations in the dairy business, government regulations pressed the family to sell the cows. What felt devastating turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Dane and Travis bought a double-head espresso machine, threw open the barn doors and started experimenting with just 100 pounds of beans. Today, Dutch Bros Coffee is the country's largest privately held, drive-thru coffee company, with more than 300 locations and 9,000 employees in seven states.

Dutch Bros Coffee has always focused more on people than the bottom line, with a desire to transform lives rather than conduct transactions. In our efforts to meet that vision, we donate more than two million dollars annually to various local and national nonprofits. Though many of these donations occur at individual DB locations, we also have company-wide giveback days including Dutch Luv, Drink One For Dane, Buck For Kids and Breast Cancer Awareness Month. This year, our Drink One For Dane day raised $1.3M for MDA's ALS research efforts and family support services

Neighboring towns have local attractions such as, the Ashland Shakespeare Festival and the Pacific Northwest's premiere outdoor summer performing arts festival known as the Britt Festival. In Grants Pass, the greatest attraction is free--the great outdoors!
